🏢 Way #1 — Recruit Partner Organizations

Contact churches, schools, nonprofits, and businesses. They sign up as a partner and promote to their entire congregation or customer base. One church = potentially hundreds of registrations from one email!

👨‍👩‍👧 Way #2 — Send Families Directly to Register

Email your personal contacts, post on Facebook, text friends and neighbors. Every family who registers and enters YOUR name in the "Who Referred You?" field counts toward your free table total!

📋 How to Recruit — Step by Step
1

Sign yourself up as a partner first

Go to txfleamarkets.com/partner — 2 minutes. Registers your booth and qualifies you for free table rewards. Every 10 families who list your name = 1 free table.

2

Choose your approach — or do both

Contact organizations using Emails #1 or #2 below. AND send Emails #3, #4, or #5 to your personal contacts and Facebook. Both methods count toward your free tables!

3

Tell EVERYONE to enter YOUR name when they sign up

The partner form at txfleamarkets.com/partner and the registration form at txfleamarkets.com/register both have a "Who Referred You?" field. Your name there = your credit toward a free table.

4

Recruit other recruiters to multiply your reach

Know a vendor, business owner, or community-minded person? Share this page using Email #6. Other recruiters who bring in 10+ families earn their own free table — or they can simply help families enjoy a great Easter morning. Either way everyone wins!

5

Offer printed invitation cards

We have general Priority Check-In cards available to hand out. Note — members still MUST register online at txfleamarkets.com/register before April 2nd to have their name in the system. Cards will be available closer to the event. For now, share the registration link — that is the fastest way to get everyone signed up!
